How to Make Chilli Flower

Material: three red spur chillies
Equipment: sharp-pointed knife, carving knife

Select a fresh, medium-sized chilli.

With the carving knife, make cuts from the stem end towards the tip to form three pointed petals of the desired length.

Carefully pull the tip of the chilli away, leaving the core and seeds as the pistil of the flower
