Sambal Udang

INGREDIENTS :
450g medium-sized prawns
To blend
80g red chillies
50g dried chillies (blend into paste)
50g onion
40g garlic
20g ginger
50g belacan
20g buah keras (candlenut)
50g lemon grass
50ml assam jawa juice
110g onion (sliced)
50g sugar salt to taste
METHOD :
1) Clean the prawns and marinate with 1 tbsp of sugar for 5 minutes.
2) Heat pan and add some oil.
3) Saute all the blended ingredients.
4) Add assam jawa juice and seasoning.
5) Add prawns and simmer until cooked.
6) Serve with hot rice.
